Ashley Wentworth, MS, RD, CD

Ashley is a Registered Dietitian, Nutrition Therapist & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor practicing non-diet nutrition and intuitive eating. She is a Health At Every Size© aligned practitioner and specializes in helping people transform their relationships with food and their bodies.
 

Ashley has over 10 years of nutrition experience and has worked in many different areas in the nutrition field. Ashley understands that diets don’t work and how damaging they can be to our physical, mental, and emotional health. 

“I believe in size diversity, body inclusivity, intuitive eating, and enjoying food. I am passionate about helping women start their journey toward freedom from dieting and weight cycling.”

Carrie Myers

Carrie's background is in exercise physiology, healthy psychology, and behavior change. She's a certified master health and life coach, a certified Intuitive Eating counselor, and almost finished with her master's degree in health psychology (yay!).

Carrie has over 30 years in the health and fitness industry and has worked with clients with a variety of medical conditions, including spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. She has also been a freelance writer and editor for 25 years (she started freelancing as a stay-at-home mom for some intellectual stimulation!).

Her award-winning book, Squeezing Your Size 14 Self into a Size 6 World: A Real Woman's Guide to Food, Fitness, and Self-Acceptance has helped women learn to trust and accept the bodies they were born with and do the best they can to give their bodies the support they need to function at their best  (girl...your body figures it out!).
